Be Mass Competitive Program (BMCP)
Workforce Training
The Be Mass Competitive Program is workforce training program, currently focused on entry-level customer service positions. Through this program, candidates will receive specialized training and career-placement services leading to upwardly mobile employment opportunities at some of the
Commonwealth’s largest employers.
This program seeks to support and advance the successes of underrepresented participants by providing career
pathways at companies committed to building a diversified workforce. Through this program, we aim to also develop a pipeline of talent that is ready to hire at the conclusion of the program.
Launched in 2021, 75 participants have completed the program which has run 4 cohorts.
